Allstate’s European Centre of Excellence solves business problems using people, technology and data. But from the outside, their work can feel abstract — hard to connect with.

Our challenge was to turn that complexity into a clear, relatable brand story. Through workshops and strategic development, we created Heroes of the Everyday — a campaign platform that put the spotlight on the real people behind the systems: the coders, analysts and thinkers quietly solving global problems. We rolled this out across TVC, social, outdoor and digital, highlighting projects from AI-driven disaster prediction to automation tools that free teams to focus on big decisions. The result was a brand story that cut through jargon, built pride internally, and positioned Allstate as the partner powering progress — one unsung hero at a time.
